# JW-CV-EVID-RSS-001 — CV Evidentiary RSS Governance Standard
Version: 1.0
Effective: August 20, 2026

## Jurisdiction
The feed publishes only public evidentiary events that materially support, update, corroborate, correct, or supersede claims on the governed CV.

## Admission test
A candidate event must be:
1. directly related to a governed CV claim;
2. material rather than routine;
3. supported by a public evidence source;
4. sufficiently stable for later verification; and
5. described no more broadly than the evidence supports.

## Exclusions
Routine website edits, ordinary social activity, daily work, unaccepted submissions, draft ideas, duplicate announcements, and minor metric fluctuations are excluded.

## Public/private separation
Authenticated or private evidence may be retained as candidate evidence without being published in the RSS feed. The current AERA reviewer-portal evidence (two completed reviews; one pending assignment) is held under this rule pending stable public corroboration.

## Corrections
Published evidence history is preserved. Material changes are handled through correction or supersession records rather than silent historical rewriting.
