# v2.5 Candidate 13 — Applied Dissemination and Deployment Provenance

## Purpose
Candidate 13 preserves the Candidate 12 static + ORCID function baseline while closing the evidentiary loop between canonical Applied Evidence records and native LinkedIn dissemination. It also establishes deployment history as a permanent governed site domain.

## Applied Evidence dissemination records
- AE-2026-001 / AE-MEDIA-2026-001: LinkedIn native-video derivative distribution recorded at `https://lnkd.in/p/eMxEBaVb`.
- AE-2026-002 / AE-MEDIA-2026-002: LinkedIn native-video derivative distribution recorded at `https://lnkd.in/p/efDnReS9`.
- CV Applied Evidence URLs remain canonical authority; LinkedIn is explicitly classified as external derivative distribution.
- Applied registry, media manifests, human page, and RSS relationships updated.

## Deployment governance
- Added `/deployments/` human-readable deployment history.
- Added `/deployments/feed.xml` RSS 2.0 deployment feed.
- Added `/deployments/registry.json` machine-readable deployment registry.
- Added deployment RSS autodiscovery to HTML pages.
- Added sitewide version footer: `Deployment v2.5 Candidate 13 · August 27, 2026`.
- Added deployment-history and RSS links to the version footer.
- Updated Site Machine Manifest and XML sitemap for deployment discovery.

## Manifest control
Candidate 13 restores a complete SHA-256 deployment inventory. The Candidate 13 manifest inventories the deployment package except itself to avoid recursive self-hashing.

## Rollback
Candidate 12 remains the immediate rollback baseline. Candidate 13 does not alter the ORCID server-side function architecture or require any new secret.
