# JW Evidence CV — v2.7 Candidate 01

## Purpose
Moves the CV site under GitHub version control with the live Candidate 16 package as the baseline, adds the v2.6 fellowship, reference and printable-CV surfaces, and adds receiver JW-CV-RCV-001 for CV evidence registers published by EWTECHNERD and the E-Vision Business Center archive. Received entries are candidate evidence only.

## Changes
- Committed the live v2.5 Candidate 16 package unchanged to GitHub (jermainewhitesideedu/jermainewhiteside-cv) as the source of record; all 104 files verified against the Candidate 16 SHA-256 manifest.
- Added wrangler.jsonc and .assetsignore so Cloudflare Workers Builds can deploy the repository as static assets (no Worker script, no /functions/).
- Ported the v2.6 Test Candidate 20 Fellowships & Research Funding page, Reference & Endorsement Archive, and printable Dynamic CV into the live page shell.
- Added Fellowships to the sitewide navigation.
- Added receiver JW-CV-RCV-001 at /evidence/external/: fetches the EWTECHNERD and E-Vision CV evidence registers, stages entries as candidate evidence, logs each fetch, and waits for owner approval.
- Added a weekly GitHub Action that opens a pull request with staged evidence; it cannot approve entries.
- Corrected deployments registry current_version, which still read Candidate 15 after Candidate 16 shipped.

## Version numbering
The v2.6 Test Candidates 17–20 (fellowships, references, printable CV, GitHub-Actions-first synchronization) were packaged in September 2026 but never deployed. This release carries their fellowship, reference and printable-CV surfaces onto the live Candidate 16 base, so it takes the next free number, v2.7.

Not ported from v2.6: the Whiteside Research dashboard rebuild and the v2.6 `/cv-service/` and `/research/` pages. The live Candidate 16 versions of those pages are unchanged.

## Evidence posture
- Fellowship records keep their v2.6 vocabulary: an application is not an award, and an eligibility screen is not a competitive rejection.
- Reference records publish recommender metadata only. Letters stay private until permission is documented.
- Received register entries are candidate evidence. They do not change the certified CV or the printable CV edition.

## Required post-deployment checks
- Custom domain `cv.jermainewhiteside.com` shows the footer "Deployment v2.7 Candidate 01 · October 18, 2026".
- `/deployments/` and `/deployments/feed.xml` list this release.
- `/fellowships/`, `/references/`, `/cv/` and `/evidence/external/` load on mobile and desktop.
- The first run of the "Receive CV evidence registers" workflow writes a line to `/evidence/external/consumption-log.json`.
