# JW Evidence CV — v2.7 Candidate 03

**Date:** October 18, 2026
**Deployment ID:** JW-CV-CF-v2.7-CANDIDATE-03
**Rollback baseline:** v2.7 Candidate 02

## Purpose
Ships the work committed after Candidate 02 was merged: the global footer, the AI Failure Register, mobile-menu fixes, a degree-title correction on the printable CV and two USC CITI records with certificates pending.

## Changes
- Applied the global footer standard to every page: five link columns (CV & Evidence; Governance & Legal; Release & Deployment; AI & Machine Access; Received Evidence & EW Network) and an EWTECHNERD brand row with identity references and the deployment line.
- Added the AI Failure Register (/ai-failures/, registry JSON and RSS) using the six-criteria public gate from the EWTECHNERD / Applewood standard: 10 entries, 8 in the RSS.
- Standardized the primary menu to the same nine links on every page (/publications/ had 7, /deployments/ had 10) and made the mobile menu close with Escape or a tap outside.
- Corrected the printable CV's master's degree title to 'Master of Information Systems Management' to match the Walden diploma (conferred December 25, 2022) and the Evidence CV; printable-CV edition advanced to JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C03.
- Added two USC CITI records from the owner's CITI My Records screenshots, marked certificate pending: 70645200 Human Research — Social & Behavioral Researchers (Oct 6, 2026, 96%) and 70645212 A Beginner’s Guide to Being a Sponsor-Investigator (Oct 6, 2026, 100%); USC records shown as Due Now are listed as excluded.

## Why a new candidate
Candidate 02 was merged from commit 7150b02. The changes above were pushed to the same branch afterwards and never reached production. Releasing them as Candidate 03 keeps the Candidate 02 history entry exactly as it was deployed. The process slip is recorded in the AI Failure Register (JW-CV-CSF-2026-10-18-010).

## Required post-deployment checks
- The custom domain shows "Deployment v2.7 Candidate 03 · October 18, 2026" in the footer.
- `/ai-failures/` and `/ai-failures/feed.xml` load.
- The mobile menu closes with Escape on any page.
- The printable CV shows "Master of Information Systems Management" and edition JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C03.
