# JW Evidence CV — v2.7 Candidate 05

## Purpose
Puts one grouped menu on every page, gives each page one name, adds a machine-readable index, and fixes canonical URLs and the sitemap.

## Changes
- Replaced the four different menus (9 links on most pages, 11 on the homepage, a 16-item Evidence CV dropdown on six pages, none on the four report pages) with one menu on all 28 pages: Home plus four groups, Research, CV, Credentials and Evidence.
- Gave the Printable CV, Grant Biosketch, Executive Supplement and Course Register pages the site menu on screen; it does not print.
- The group that holds the current page is underlined in gold and the current page is highlighted inside it; opening one group closes the others; Escape closes the open group.
- One link label per page across menus, toolbars and footers: Printable CV (was also Certified CV, Dynamic / Printable CV, Dynamic CV), Evidence Archive (was also Evidence), Fellowships (was also Fellowship Record, Fellowship History), Certifications (was also Credentials, Credentials & CITI).
- Added /machine-readable/, which lists all 37 public JSON registries, RSS feeds and governance files; the footer's AI & Machine Access column drops from 12 links to 5.
- Fixed canonical URLs: Privacy and Terms pointed to cv.jermainewhiteside.com// and 12 pages had none; every page now names its own URL.
- Sitemap now lists all 28 pages (Grant Biosketch, Executive Supplement and Course Register were missing, and the new index is added) and keeps the 8 file entries it already had.
- The footer is the same on all 28 pages: one subtitle (Curriculum Vitae & Scholarly Portfolio) instead of six page-specific ones, and the /cv/ footer keeps its Explore CV resources button on phones and tablets.
- Grant Biosketch now lists the four University of South Carolina courses earned in Summer and Fall 2023 (EDET 722, EDET 801, EDET 603, EDRM 801; 12 credit hours). They were in the course register as 'completed', which the biosketch filter skipped; they are now 'earned', checked against the record holder's unofficial USC Columbia transcript. The three Spring 2024 courses the transcript lists as in progress stay out of the biosketch; grades and GPA are not published.
- Restored the Course Register search box and institution filter, which a print rule from fd3a9af had hidden on screen.
- Corrected the Candidate 04 release notes, which named Candidate 02 instead of Candidate 03 as the rollback baseline.

- /biosketch/ lists four University of South Carolina courses; /course-register/ shows the Institution and Find coursework controls.
