## Purpose
Describes every CITI course as training completed, removes overstated labels and states the evidence held for each record.

## Changes
- Every CITI record now makes one claim, Training completed, and states it is not a certification, licence, credential, appointment or proof of competence; the same boundary is in the CITI registry and the AI manifest.
- Removed overstatement: the 'CITI verified record' badge (no record has been checked online by this site), 'competency evidence', 'third-party evidence', 'satisfies' and 'specialized credential portfolio'.
- Each record lists the evidence held (certificate, completion report or both) and whether its verification link points to the certificate or the completion report.
- Corrected 70645200 and 70645212 from 'certificate pending': the certificate and completion report for each were generated October 6, 2026 and are held; both now link to certificate verification.
- Verification links for 70645059 and 70645202 now point to the certificate instead of the completion report.
- Certifications page: the CITI summary showed 8 records at two universities; it now shows 17 completed courses at Liberty University, the University of South Carolina and Walden University.
- AI manifest: the CITI resource is classified as completed-training-records (was nested-credentials-domain) with claim type, record count and claim boundary.
- Printable CV: section renamed Research Training & Certifications; CITI entries read 'Training completed' with score and CITI expiration; edition JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C09.
- Grant Biosketch: the research security row no longer says the training is 'required'; it states the training was completed and what the NIH certification asks.

- /evidence-cv/citi-research-training/ shows 17 cards, each badged "Training completed", with an "Evidence on file" row.
