## Purpose
Records the owner's 100% ownership of EWTECHNERD LLC and Anointed Holdings LLC and adds a Compliance Readiness Score to the grant readiness page.

- Recorded ownership as stated by the owner on October 19, 2026: EWTECHNERD LLC 100% and Anointed Holdings LLC 100%. The value is kept once in readiness.json (ownership) and fills the roles table, the disclosure language and the score; change it there when ownership changes.
- Added a Compliance Readiness Score at the bottom of /biosketch/coi-readiness/: eight standing requirements, each with status, date, evidence and source. Met = 1 point, in progress = 0.5, not met = 0. Score on October 19, 2026: 38% (2 met, 2 in progress, 4 not met).
- Requirements scored: research security training (Public Law 117-167 § 10634); ownership recorded (2 CFR 200.112; NSPM-33); positions listed for Other Support; written conflict-of-interest standards at Anointed Connect (2 CFR 200.318(c)); designated approving official and recusal procedure; Anointed Holdings license template; time-commitment baseline; ORCID linked to eRA Commons and SciENcv (NOT-OD-26-079). Application-specific checks are listed separately and not scored.
- Effort, compensation and contract amounts remain in the owner's private Drive worksheet, which now carries the same score as a formula.
