## Purpose

- Added Reinvest Carolina Inc.: sole director and transitional custodian preparing successor governance (reinvestcarolina.com); South Carolina public benefit nonprofit corporation established March 25, 2020; fiduciary duty, no ownership.
- Added Scenario D for applications by either nonprofit where EWTECHNERD or Anointed Holdings is involved. It notes that Reinvest Carolina Inc. has a sole director, so an additional director or an independent reviewer is needed before it can approve a related-party contract.
- Requirements R4 and R5 now cover every organization that may apply. The Compliance Readiness Score is unchanged at 38%. Added an eligibility check (for example, 501(c)(3) status) to the per-application list.
