## Purpose
Adds CITI record 70645222 and makes the printable CV list every completed CITI course from the CITI register.

## Changes
- Added CITI record 70645222 (University of South Carolina), Best Practices for Global Research Partnerships: Benefits and Challenges, completed October 19, 2026, score 100%, no expiration: certificate published with CITI verification link; completion report kept controlled. The CITI register now holds 18 records.
- Fixed the printable CV: it listed only three CITI courses typed into base-cv.json in August and never read the CITI register. It now loads /evidence-cv/citi-research-training/registry.json and shows every completed course, newest first, as 'Training completed' with score and any CITI expiration.
- Printable CV sections are now Certifications (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) and Research Training (CITI Program); the duplicate CITI entries were removed from base-cv.json, and the CITI register is listed in the CV source registry. Edition JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C13.
- Course counts updated to 18 on the CITI page, Certifications page, Evidence CV overview and AI manifest.
