## Purpose
Adds a printable SciENcv-layout Common Form biosketch filled from site records, with a field-by-field check of the SciENcv draft.

## Changes
- New page /biosketch/sciencv/: the Biographical Sketch Common Form in the same sections and fields as the SciENcv draft (Identifying Information; A. Professional Preparation; B. Appointments and Positions; C. Products; Certification), filled from site records, with [to confirm] marks on fields that still need owner input. Prints as a clean form; preparation notes print only when selected.
- Field values live in /biosketch/sciencv/common-form.json and are built by tools/build_sciencv_print.py; product candidates come from the NIH Biosketch Prep plan and the research security line reads CITI record 70645209 from the CITI register.
- Preparation notes compare the October 2026 SciENcv draft with site records: 14 items, 8 to fix before certifying (Walden B.S. receipt date, master's degree name, Liberty field of study, USC receipt date, blank Position Title, Current flag on the Anointed Connect appointment, missing appointments, no products selected).
- Appointment titles confirmed by the owner: EWTECHNERD LLC, Founder and Managing Member; IAM of America, Founder and Incorporator; Reinvest Carolina Inc., Director. Updated on the SciENcv print preview, the NIH Biosketch Prep plan (IAM of America and Reinvest Carolina added to Appointments) and the Grant COI Readiness roles.
- SciENcv Print Preview added to the CV menu and linked from the Grant Biosketch, NIH Biosketch Prep and Grant COI Readiness pages.

- /biosketch/sciencv/ prints as Identifying Information, A, B, C and Certification; preparation notes appear only when the checkbox is ticked.
