v2.7 Candidate 24 — Research Methodology
- Adds a public Research methodology section to Research Maps, including six methodological principles.
- Adds an expandable Accounting evidence workflow study summary with research question, design, primary and secondary measures, analysis, readiness and interpretation boundaries.
- Synchronizes the section with the research map registry, generator, search and AI manifest.
- Full Word protocol preserved separately in Google Drive; private repository details and operational records are not included in the public summary.
Rollback baseline: v2.7 Candidate 23.

v2.7 Candidate 23 — Research Maps & Scholarly Journey
- Adds a public knowledge map with five connected research strands and 15 expandable lab/research directions.
- Connects proposed questions to evidence needs, existing publication foundations and candidate journal routes.
- Adds a five-stage scholarly journey without promised outcomes or fixed completion dates.
- Registers the page in navigation, search, sitemap and machine-readable discovery; keeps proposed directions distinct from verified claims.

v2.7 Candidate 22 — CITI Record: Partnering with Technology Companies
Adds CITI record 70645238, Partnering with Technology Companies, as completed training.
- Added CITI record 70645238 (University of South Carolina), Partnering with Technology Companies, All Access Webinars, Stage 1 Basic, module ID 20540, completed October 19, 2026, score 5/5 (100%), no expiration: certificate published with its CITI verification link; completion report held and not published because it contains contact details.
- The CITI register now holds 19 records; counts updated on the CITI page, Evidence CV overview and AI manifest; the printable CV lists the course from the register (edition JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C22).
Controls: Candidate 21 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 21 — University of South Carolina Dates
Dates the University of South Carolina doctoral study May 2023 – Fall 2023 and records its outcome as Transfer.
- University of South Carolina doctoral study dated May 2023 – Fall 2023, with outcome Transfer (to Liberty University). Start from the National Student Clearinghouse enrollment verification (Summer 2023 term began May 7, 2023; certified by USC August 2, 2023); last credit-bearing term Fall 2023 from the unofficial USC transcript (same document as the existing record, SHA-256 e22c985a…).
- Updated on the SciENcv print preview (Start May 2023, Receipt Transfer; draft check item resolved), NIH Biosketch Prep, printable CV, Education evidence card JW-CV-EDU-004, education registry and course register.
- Source documents stay controlled: no student ID, transaction number or grades are published.

v2.7 Candidate 20 — Connected Research Links and ORCID Record Check
Adds links to Connected Research Profiles, an ORCID record check against the Publications page, and hides the PubMed line until it has records.
- Homepage (under the identity links) and Publications page now link to Connected Research Profiles with the live ORCID count, for example '32 works on ORCID · updated October 19, 2026'. If the count cannot load, the link keeps plain text and still works.
- Record check on the ORCID page compares the works ORCID reports with the Publications page, by SSRN number or DOI first and exact title otherwise. It lists exact matches, real title differences, papers where only one side shows the subtitle, works on ORCID only, and papers on this site only. Differences are items to review, not errors.
- New tools/build_site_publications.py writes /research/connected/site-publications.json from the Publications page JSON-LD (22 papers) for the record check.
- The PubMed status line stays hidden until PubMed returns matching records; PubMed is still searched daily by ORCID iD only.
Controls: Candidate 19 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 19 — Connected Research Profiles Title Cleanup
Cleans HTML character codes out of imported ORCID and PubMed titles.
- First live run (October 19, 2026): ORCID returned 32 works, all owner works with SSRN DOIs; PubMed returned no records matched to the ORCID iD (status empty).
- Fixed: one ORCID title ended in a literal ' '. Imported text now decodes HTML character codes (named and numeric) and trims non-breaking spaces; unknown codes stay as plain text.
- The cached snapshot key moved to snapshot:v2 so the corrected titles replace the cached ones on the next visit.
- Adapter checks: 24, all pass.
Controls: Candidate 18 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 18 — Connected Research Profiles Live in Production
Switches the ORCID and PubMed imports on in Production; records show on the ORCID page as source-reported.
- NCBI_ENABLED and ORCID_ENABLED set to true for Production in wrangler.jsonc. The Production credential check reported both NCBI and ORCID credentials valid on October 19, 2026.
- The ORCID page now lists works from the public ORCID record and any PubMed records matched by ORCID iD, each labelled Source-reported. These records do not enter the verified Evidence CV, its JSON-LD, evidence RSS or the certified CV.
- Live provider results were not checked on a preview first because no Preview secrets were set; this deployment is the first live run and is reviewed on production. Switching either source off again is a one-line change in wrangler.jsonc.
Controls: Candidate 17 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 17 — Connected Research Profiles Refresh Fix
Connected Research Profiles now refreshes as soon as its settings change and retries failed sources after 30 minutes.
- Fixed: a snapshot saved while a source was not configured stayed in the cache for up to a day after the secrets were added. The snapshot now records which settings were present (presence flags and the public client ID only, no secret values) and is rebuilt as soon as any of them changes.
- A source in error, stale or not_configured state is retried after 30 minutes instead of waiting for the daily refresh; healthy sources still refresh once a day.
- Adapter checks extended to 23 (secrets added after a not-configured snapshot, retry timing for failed sources, no secret in the stored settings record); all pass.
Controls: Candidate 16 is the rollback baseline.

October 19, 2026 · Production Candidate
v2.7 Candidate 16 — Connected Research Profiles (ORCID and PubMed)
Adds ORCID and PubMed import code and a Connected Research Profiles section, on in Preview and off in Production.
- New Pages Function GET /api/research/profile returns a normalized public snapshot of works reported by ORCID (public API, read-public, fixed owner iD) and PubMed (matched only by the ORCID author identifier [auid] or the reviewed PMID list at /research/connected/pubmed-allowlist.json, never by name). Records are deduplicated by DOI or PMID and labelled source-reported.
- The snapshot is kept in RESEARCH_CACHE and refreshed on the first request after RESEARCH_REFRESH_SECONDS (one day), in the background behind a short lock. A provider failure keeps the last good records marked stale and does not advance lastSuccessAt; each source reports disabled, not_configured, ok, empty, stale or error on its own.
- Connected Research Profiles section added to the ORCID page: per-source status, works with a Source-reported badge, DOI and PMID links, and source links that work without JavaScript or when loading fails. 'No matching PubMed records found' appears only after a successful search.
- Imports are switched on for Preview deployments only. Production keeps NCBI_ENABLED and ORCID_ENABLED false until the preview is reviewed.
- 18 automated checks of the adapters (disabled, not configured, invalid credentials, empty, timeout, malformed and 503 responses, stale cache on failure, partial failure, refresh lock, name-only exclusion, allowlist, no secret in output or cache) pass.
Controls: Candidate 15 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 15 — Research Integration Configuration
Configures Cloudflare bindings and variables for the planned research integrations and adds a credential status check that never exposes values.
- wrangler.jsonc now carries the research-integration settings, because Cloudflare Pages treats this file as the source of truth for plain-text variables and bindings: ORCID_ID, ORCID_CLIENT_ID, NCBI_TOOL, RESEARCH_REFRESH_SECONDS, NCBI_ENABLED=false, ORCID_ENABLED=false and RESEARCH_CACHE_LABEL.
- Two Workers KV namespaces created and bound as RESEARCH_CACHE: jw-cv-research-prod for Production and jw-cv-research-preview for Preview deployments, so preview writes cannot reach production data.
- New Pages Function GET /api/research/status reports which settings are present and whether NCBI and ORCID accept the stored credentials, as states only (valid, invalid, not_configured, client_id_format_invalid, rate_limited, timeout, error). It never returns, logs or stores a credential or token; live checks run at most once an hour unless the settings change.
- Secrets stay in the Cloudflare dashboard only: NCBI_API_KEY, NCBI_CONTACT_EMAIL and ORCID_CLIENT_SECRET. PubMed and ORCID imports remain off; no page shows imported records yet.
- ORCID page status text updated to describe the server-side settings check.
Controls: Candidate 14 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 14 — SciENcv Biosketch Print Preview
Adds a printable SciENcv-layout Common Form biosketch filled from site records, with a field-by-field check of the SciENcv draft.
- New page /biosketch/sciencv/: the Biographical Sketch Common Form in the same sections and fields as the SciENcv draft (Identifying Information; A. Professional Preparation; B. Appointments and Positions; C. Products; Certification), filled from site records, with [to confirm] marks on fields that still need owner input. Prints as a clean form; preparation notes print only when selected.
- Field values live in /biosketch/sciencv/common-form.json and are built by tools/build_sciencv_print.py; product candidates come from the NIH Biosketch Prep plan and the research security line reads CITI record 70645209 from the CITI register.
- Preparation notes compare the October 2026 SciENcv draft with site records: 14 items, 8 to fix before certifying (Walden B.S. receipt date, master's degree name, Liberty field of study, USC receipt date, blank Position Title, Current flag on the Anointed Connect appointment, missing appointments, no products selected).
- Appointment titles confirmed by the owner: EWTECHNERD LLC, Founder and Managing Member; IAM of America, Founder and Incorporator; Reinvest Carolina Inc., Director. Updated on the SciENcv print preview, the NIH Biosketch Prep plan (IAM of America and Reinvest Carolina added to Appointments) and the Grant COI Readiness roles.
- SciENcv Print Preview added to the CV menu and linked from the Grant Biosketch, NIH Biosketch Prep and Grant COI Readiness pages.

v2.7 Candidate 13 — CITI Global Research Partnerships Record and Printable CV Training Section
Adds CITI record 70645222 and makes the printable CV list every completed CITI course from the CITI register.
- Added CITI record 70645222 (University of South Carolina), Best Practices for Global Research Partnerships: Benefits and Challenges, completed October 19, 2026, score 100%, no expiration: certificate published with CITI verification link; completion report kept controlled. The CITI register now holds 18 records.
- Fixed the printable CV: it listed only three CITI courses typed into base-cv.json in August and never read the CITI register. It now loads /evidence-cv/citi-research-training/registry.json and shows every completed course, newest first, as 'Training completed' with score and any CITI expiration.
- Printable CV sections are now Certifications (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) and Research Training (CITI Program); the duplicate CITI entries were removed from base-cv.json, and the CITI register is listed in the CV source registry. Edition JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C13.
- Course counts updated to 18 on the CITI page, Certifications page, Evidence CV overview and AI manifest.

v2.7 Candidate 12 — Grant Conflict Register: IAM of America and Reinvest Carolina Inc.
Adds IAM of America and Reinvest Carolina Inc. to the grant conflict register, with a scenario for applications by either nonprofit.
- Added IAM of America to the roles to disclose: Jermaine E. Whiteside, Founder (owner statement, October 19, 2026); South Carolina public-benefit nonprofit corporation with federal 501(c)(3) recognition application in development (iamofamerica.com); no ownership.
- Added Reinvest Carolina Inc.: sole director and transitional custodian preparing successor governance (reinvestcarolina.com); South Carolina public benefit nonprofit corporation established March 25, 2020; fiduciary duty, no ownership.
- Added Scenario D for applications by either nonprofit where EWTECHNERD or Anointed Holdings is involved. It notes that Reinvest Carolina Inc. has a sole director, so an additional director or an independent reviewer is needed before it can approve a related-party contract.
- Requirements R4 and R5 now cover every organization that may apply. The Compliance Readiness Score is unchanged at 38%. Added an eligibility check (for example, 501(c)(3) status) to the per-application list.

v2.7 Candidate 11 — Grant Readiness: Ownership and Compliance Readiness Score
Records the owner's 100% ownership of EWTECHNERD LLC and Anointed Holdings LLC and adds a Compliance Readiness Score to the grant readiness page.
- Recorded ownership as stated by the owner on October 19, 2026: EWTECHNERD LLC 100% and Anointed Holdings LLC 100%. The value is kept once in readiness.json (ownership) and fills the roles table, the disclosure language and the score; change it there when ownership changes.
- Added a Compliance Readiness Score at the bottom of /biosketch/coi-readiness/: eight standing requirements, each with status, date, evidence and source. Met = 1 point, in progress = 0.5, not met = 0. Score on October 19, 2026: 38% (2 met, 2 in progress, 4 not met).
- Requirements scored: research security training (Public Law 117-167 § 10634); ownership recorded (2 CFR 200.112; NSPM-33); positions listed for Other Support; written conflict-of-interest standards at Anointed Connect (2 CFR 200.318(c)); designated approving official and recusal procedure; Anointed Holdings license template; time-commitment baseline; ORCID linked to eRA Commons and SciENcv (NOT-OD-26-079). Application-specific checks are listed separately and not scored.
- Effort, compensation and contract amounts remain in the owner's private Drive worksheet, which now carries the same score as a formula.
Controls: Candidate 10 is the rollback baseline.

v2.7 Candidate 10 — Grant Readiness: Conflicts of Interest and Time Commitment
Adds a grant readiness page for conflicts of interest and time commitment, with disclosure language for applications involving the owner's organizations.
- Added /biosketch/coi-readiness/, built from biosketch/coi-readiness/readiness.json by tools/build_coi_readiness.py: the roles to disclose (Anointed Connect Church Inc., EWTECHNERD LLC, Anointed Holdings LLC), three scenarios with conflicts, controls and disclosure language, the time-commitment method, the research security status and a pre-application checklist.
- Rules cited from primary sources: 2 CFR 200.318(c)(1) and (c)(2), 2 CFR 200.112, NSPM-33 (January 14, 2021), Public Law 117-167 §§ 10632 and 10634, and NIH commitment-overlap guidance.
- Only roles that are already public appear on the page. Effort, person-months, compensation, ownership shares and contract amounts are kept in a private worksheet in the owner's Google Drive.
- NIH Biosketch Prep: added Public Law 117-167, NSPM-33, 2 CFR 200.318 and 2 CFR 200.112 to the resources, and a link to the readiness page from the certification section.
- Linked the page from the CV menu (Grant COI Readiness), the Grant Biosketch toolbar and the machine-readable index.

v2.7 Candidate 09 — CITI Wording and Provenance: Training Completed, Not Credentials
Describes every CITI course as training completed, removes overstated labels and states the evidence held for each record.
- Every CITI record now makes one claim, Training completed, and states it is not a certification, licence, credential, appointment or proof of competence; the same boundary is in the CITI registry and the AI manifest.
- Removed overstatement: the 'CITI verified record' badge (no record has been checked online by this site), 'competency evidence', 'third-party evidence', 'satisfies' and 'specialized credential portfolio'.
- Each record lists the evidence held (certificate, completion report or both) and whether its verification link points to the certificate or the completion report.
- Corrected 70645200 and 70645212 from 'certificate pending': the certificate and completion report for each were generated October 6, 2026 and are held; both now link to certificate verification.
- Verification links for 70645059 and 70645202 now point to the certificate instead of the completion report.
- Certifications page: the CITI summary showed 8 records at two universities; it now shows 17 completed courses at Liberty University, the University of South Carolina and Walden University.
- AI manifest: the CITI resource is classified as completed-training-records (was nested-credentials-domain) with claim type, record count and claim boundary.
- Printable CV: section renamed Research Training & Certifications; CITI entries read 'Training completed' with score and CITI expiration; edition JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C09.
- Grant Biosketch: the research security row no longer says the training is 'required'; it states the training was completed and what the NIH certification asks.
Controls: Candidate 08 is the rollback baseline. No CITI records were added or removed.

v2.7 Candidate 08 — CITI Record: Advance Research Directives
Adds a completed CITI human-subjects webinar to the CITI register with its certificate and verification link.
- Added CITI record 70645219 (University of South Carolina), Advance Research Directives: Tools for Supporting People Who Lack Decision-Making Capacity, completed October 18, 2026, score 100%, no expiration: certificate published at /evidence/research-training/citi-usc-advance-research-directives-2026.pdf with CITI verification link; completion report kept controlled.
- The CITI register now holds 17 records.
- Released as its own candidate because Candidate 07 was merged and deployed before this record arrived; the Candidate 07 history entry is unchanged.

- Added CITI record 70645215 (University of South Carolina), Accreditation 101 for New and Adjunct Faculty, completed October 18, 2026, score 100%, no expiration: certificate published at /evidence/research-training/citi-usc-accreditation-101-new-adjunct-faculty-2026.pdf with CITI verification link; completion report kept controlled.
- The record moves out of the CITI register's excluded (Due Now) list; the register now holds 16 records.
- The record is training only and does not claim a faculty or adjunct appointment.

v2.7 Candidate 06 — NIH Biosketch Preparation Page (Common Form and Supplement)
Adds a planning page for the NIH Common Form biosketch and Supplement: rules, limits, records on file and owner actions. NIH accepts only the certified PDF from SciENcv; this page prepares the content.
- Added /biosketch/nih-common-form/, a planning page for the NIH Biographical Sketch Common Form and NIH Biographical Sketch Supplement, built from biosketch/nih-common-form/plan.json by tools/build_nih_plan.py.
- The page lists the NIH dates (January 25, 2026 start; May 8, 2026 enforcement; May 25, 2026 research security training certification), the section limits, the records already on this site for each section, and what the owner still has to supply.
- Rules were checked against NIH's Common Form instructions, the Supplement instructions, NOT-OD-26-079 and the NIH forms directory. Where Stanford ORA's summary differs (Personal Statement references), the page follows NIH.
- Professional Preparation start dates filled from the transcripts: Liberty Ed.D. January 2024 (Spring 2024 term; catalog year 2023–24), USC Summer 2023, Walden graduate study January 2021 and B.S. March 2011.
- Added CITI Research Security Training (Combined), record 70645209 (University of South Carolina), completed October 18, 2026, score 100%, expires October 18, 2027: certificate published at /evidence/research-training/citi-usc-research-security-training-2026.pdf with CITI verification link; completion report kept controlled. The record moves out of the register's excluded (Due Now) list; the CITI register now holds 15 records.
- NIH Biosketch Prep: the certification section now shows the research security certificate and verification links (status Training complete; covers submissions through October 18, 2027). The printable Grant Biosketch's Research Training row lists the same record.
- NIH Biosketch Prep: the Honors section now lists the verified Golden Key International Honour Society membership (Walden University, March 19, 2022), which the first draft missed.
- Linked the page from the Grant Biosketch toolbar and the CV menu (NIH Biosketch Prep), and added plan.json to the machine-readable index.
- The printable Grant Biosketch keeps its layout; only its Research Training row changes.
Controls: Candidate 05 is the rollback baseline. No evidence records were added or changed.

v2.7 Candidate 05 — Unified Menu, One Name per Page, Machine-Readable Index and Canonical URLs
Puts one grouped menu on every page, gives each page one name, adds a machine-readable index, and fixes canonical URLs and the sitemap.
- Replaced the four different menus (9 links on most pages, 11 on the homepage, a 16-item Evidence CV dropdown on six pages, none on the four report pages) with one menu on all 28 pages: Home plus four groups, Research, CV, Credentials and Evidence.
- Gave the Printable CV, Grant Biosketch, Executive Supplement and Course Register pages the site menu on screen; it does not print.
- The group that holds the current page is underlined in gold and the current page is highlighted inside it; opening one group closes the others; Escape closes the open group.
- One link label per page across menus, toolbars and footers: Printable CV (was also Certified CV, Dynamic / Printable CV, Dynamic CV), Evidence Archive (was also Evidence), Fellowships (was also Fellowship Record, Fellowship History), Certifications (was also Credentials, Credentials & CITI).
- Added /machine-readable/, which lists all 37 public JSON registries, RSS feeds and governance files; the footer's AI & Machine Access column drops from 12 links to 5.
- Fixed canonical URLs: Privacy and Terms pointed to cv.jermainewhiteside.com// and 12 pages had none; every page now names its own URL.
- Sitemap now lists all 28 pages (Grant Biosketch, Executive Supplement and Course Register were missing, and the new index is added) and keeps the 8 file entries it already had.
- The footer is the same on all 28 pages: one subtitle (Curriculum Vitae & Scholarly Portfolio) instead of six page-specific ones, and the /cv/ footer keeps its Explore CV resources button on phones and tablets.
- Grant Biosketch now lists the four University of South Carolina courses earned in Summer and Fall 2023 (EDET 722, EDET 801, EDET 603, EDRM 801; 12 credit hours). They were in the course register as 'completed', which the biosketch filter skipped; they are now 'earned', checked against the record holder's unofficial USC Columbia transcript. The three Spring 2024 courses the transcript lists as in progress stay out of the biosketch; grades and GPA are not published.
- Restored the Course Register search box and institution filter, which a print rule from fd3a9af had hidden on screen.
- Corrected the Candidate 04 release notes, which named Candidate 02 instead of Candidate 03 as the rollback baseline.
Controls: Candidate 04 is the rollback baseline. No evidence records were added or changed.

v2.7 Candidate 04 — Release Reconciliation for PRs #4–#19, Homepage Restoration and Print Fixes
Brings the release records back in line after sixteen pull requests were merged without version controls, restores the truncated homepage, gives every page a deployment footer and makes content pages print cleanly.
- Recorded pull requests #4–#19, merged after Candidate 03 without a version advance: CV baseline (IP evidence, iPad footer, references, Whiteside Research handshake JW-CV-WR-HS-001, prepared not connected); homepage Dynamic CV button; SSRN synchronization (23 papers, October 18 snapshot); dissertation and Praxis implementation sections on the homepage and printable CV; Praxis dissertation endpoint in the CV source registry; Executive & Applied Experience Supplement (/competencies/) and Grant Biosketch (/biosketch/); Walden coursework and the Academic Coursework Register (/course-register/); Evidence CV dropdown navigation; unified print layout for report pages.
- Restored the homepage, which commit b00f78c had cut from 17,780 to 5,095 bytes (hero, sections and footer opening removed); content restored from commit 0a1c4de.
- Added the site footer (screen only) to the Grant Biosketch, Executive Supplement and Course Register pages, so every page carries the deployment line.
- Added print rules for content pages: the menu, section tabs and button rows no longer print, and header titles print dark instead of pale grey.
- Escape now closes an open Evidence CV dropdown, and a click outside closes it.
- Added AI Failure Register entries 011 (homepage truncation) and 012 (sixteen merges without release controls).
Controls: Candidate 03 is the recorded rollback baseline, but production changed after it (PRs #4–#19); the Candidate 04 manifest is the first complete record of current files.

- Applied the global footer standard to every page: five link columns (CV & Evidence; Governance & Legal; Release & Deployment; AI & Machine Access; Received Evidence & EW Network) and an EWTECHNERD brand row with identity references and the deployment line.
- Added the AI Failure Register (/ai-failures/, registry JSON and RSS) using the six-criteria public gate from the EWTECHNERD / Applewood standard: 10 entries, 8 in the RSS.
- Standardized the primary menu to the same nine links on every page (/publications/ had 7, /deployments/ had 10) and made the mobile menu close with Escape or a tap outside.
- Corrected the printable CV's master's degree title to 'Master of Information Systems Management' to match the Walden diploma (conferred December 25, 2022) and the Evidence CV; printable-CV edition advanced to JW-CV-DYNAMIC-v2.7-C03.
- Added two USC CITI records from the owner's CITI My Records screenshots, marked certificate pending: 70645200 Human Research — Social & Behavioral Researchers (Oct 6, 2026, 96%) and 70645212 A Beginner’s Guide to Being a Sponsor-Investigator (Oct 6, 2026, 100%); USC records shown as Due Now are listed as excluded.
Controls: Candidate 02 is the rollback baseline; its history entry is unchanged.

v2.7 Candidate 02 — Deployment Target Correction, Footer Alignment and Four CITI Records
Corrects the recorded deployment target to the Cloudflare Pages project jw-certified-cv and fixes the footer alignment. Adds four CITI records to the Evidence CV (74938210 IRB Chair and 70645060 Essentials of Statistical Analysis Part 1, Liberty; 79947020 Doctoral Student Researchers, Walden; 70645214 AI in Higher Education, USC). The printable-CV edition is unchanged.
- Recorded the deployment target: Cloudflare Pages project jw-certified-cv, connected to this repository with production branch main (owner confirmed).
- Replaced the Workers-style wrangler.jsonc with a Pages configuration and removed .assetsignore, which Pages does not read.
- Corrected the Candidate 01 manifest claim: Pages publishes the whole repository, so automation/, tools/ and .github/ are public and are now listed in the manifest.
- Aligned the footer deployment line and AI-Readable Website Edition link to the same column as the rest of the footer.
- Added four CITI records to the Evidence CV research-training register with public certificates and CITI verification links: 74938210 IRB Chair (Liberty, Oct 16, 2026), 70645060 Essentials of Statistical Analysis Part 1 (Liberty, Oct 15, 2026), 79947020 Doctoral Student Researchers (Walden, Jan 27, 2026) and 70645214 AI in Higher Education: An Overview (USC, Oct 6, 2026); re-checked the existing seven records against the owner's CITI files (all match).
Controls: Candidate 01 is the rollback baseline. The correction to Candidate 01 is recorded in the deployment registry; its entry is not rewritten.

v2.7 Candidate 01 — GitHub Baseline, Fellowship Record, Printable CV and Evidence Receiver
Moves the CV site under GitHub version control with the live Candidate 16 package as the baseline, adds the v2.6 fellowship, reference and printable-CV surfaces, and adds receiver JW-CV-RCV-001 for CV evidence registers published by EWTECHNERD and the E-Vision Business Center archive. Received entries are candidate evidence only.
- Committed the live v2.5 Candidate 16 package unchanged to GitHub (jermainewhitesideedu/jermainewhiteside-cv) as the source of record; all 104 files verified against the Candidate 16 SHA-256 manifest.
- Added wrangler.jsonc and .assetsignore so Cloudflare Workers Builds can deploy the repository as static assets (no Worker script, no /functions/).
- Ported the v2.6 Test Candidate 20 Fellowships & Research Funding page, Reference & Endorsement Archive, and printable Dynamic CV into the live page shell.
- Added Fellowships to the sitewide navigation.
- Added receiver JW-CV-RCV-001 at /evidence/external/: fetches the EWTECHNERD and E-Vision CV evidence registers, stages entries as candidate evidence, logs each fetch, and waits for owner approval.
- Added a weekly GitHub Action that opens a pull request with staged evidence; it cannot approve entries.
- Corrected deployments registry current_version, which still read Candidate 15 after Candidate 16 shipped.
Controls: Candidate 16 is the rollback baseline. The site remains static assets only; no /functions/ directory.

Deployment record rule
Each future deployment should append one RSS item and one registry record, update the visible footer version, publish release notes, and produce a cryptographic file manifest. Corrections should be explicit and should not silently rewrite prior deployment history.
